for a stress-free stay

Arrival & departure

Your room is available from 2 p.m. on your day of arrival. Please vacate your room by 10.00 a.m. on your day of departure - if you need your room for longer, please contact reception in good time.

We provide you with a free bottle of water in your room on arrival.

Breakfast

Tuesday to Friday: 7 to 10 a.m.
Saturday to Monday & on public holidays: 7.30 to 10 a.m.

We will be happy to serve you a continental breakfast in your room. You can find a selection on the breakfast menu. Please contact reception to place your order.

Children

We will be happy to provide you with a cot on request.
Children under 6 years old sleep in their parents’ bed free of charge.
We give older children a discount of up to 50%.

Cancellation

Individual travellers can cancel a booking of up to three rooms in full or part up to 2 p.m. the day before the agreed arrival date free of charge. To the GTC.

You will be charged the full accommodation costs after this!

Pets (dogs)

Your four-legged friends are also welcome to stay at the hotel with a cleaning fee of €15 at least per night.

Internet terminal

The Internet terminal in the Landhotel Geyer Lounge is available to you free of charge during opening hours.

Reception is occupied from 6 a.m. to 12 midnight and can be reached 24 hours by phone.

Dining & allergiesen

Dear Guests, please let us know if you suffer from coeliac disease or have to follow a gluten-free diet.

We will prepare delicious food and dishes accordingly to suit your dietary requirements. You should want for nothing during your stay at the Landhotel Geyer!
